Thanks for the very touching Mother’s Day story. It brought a tear to my eye and was another reminder of just how lucky I am to have my mom still around to hug today. My mother and I have the same birthday and next Sunday, May 17th, mom with be 90 years old. (I won’t say how old I’ll be). She’s an amazing woman, still gong strong but slowing down a bit. I’ll give her an extra hug and tell her it’s from you.

On your first Mother’s day without your mom you should do something special for yourself and your wife. I’m sure your mom would love that as a way of honoring her and the positive influence she was in your life.

Thanks for the compliments. I really was a brat growing up, still a brat actually. Now I’m just a brat with our grand kids. I convince them that I’m 7 and we go out and play. They try to convince me I’m an adult, I insist I’m only 7 and we have a good laugh goofing around out on the swing set.
