The long journey to Toronto

Gauher Chaudhry’s Pay Per Click Formula Seminar was quite an experience. After so much trial, error and information overload. It became clear that I needed to focus and master one thing in internet marketing. Anything else needing done could always be outsourced. With so many things to learn, mastering all that is needed for success in internet marketing can be overwhelming. Traffic is what makes or breaks any site, so mastering the ability to drive traffic was my choice for what to focus on.

Over the last few years and many false starts. It seemed the dream of having an online business was much harder than expected. I’ve talked with many people through seminars, forums, instant messaging and email. I’ve also participated in marketing surveys that try to pinpoint why so many people fail to find success on the internet.

Breaking free from Internet Marketing addiction

One thing that keeps coming up in all the discussions is that there is too much information overload. Too many product launches with the promise of that golden key to riches. While many of the products are very good, too many people are jumping from one idea to the next. Never really completing anything or mastering any aspect of internet marketing for that matter. At Gauher’s seminar he called it a drug. You get your fix from the hype and hope that is being sold only to come down from the high later. Then it’s off to the next hyped up sales page for the next fix. So many people are going broke jumping from one thing to the next, spending countless amounts of money for the next fix.

The cure for the insanity of my approach

Rich Schefren created a couple of cool little mind maps that show the insanity of it all. One shows a bunch of boxes filled with many of the parts that make up an internet marketing business. The other one shows all the boxes filled with the word “you”. In looking at these two mind maps, it becomes easy to see that thinking I could master all these things borders on insanity! Some say that insanity is doing the same things over and over expecting a different result. It was time to take a stand, pick one of the most important things for success and focus.

The one thing to focus on for me was traffic. If I could become a master traffic broker, all other aspects of internet marketing would be more predictable. In learning about pay per click (PPC) and cost per action (CPA), a whole new world has opened up for me.

Soon after I took an interest in pay per click, I was introduced to Gauher Chaudhry. Knowing someone on his list enabled me to get an invitation to his Pay Per Click Formula Seminar held in Toronto. Of all the seminars I’ve attended, this was really one of the greats! Gauher invited a small group of 26 people to come to a closed door session teaching his ppc/cpa techniques. He’s been out of the lime light for three years perfecting his methods. I have to say it was a privilege to be in the room with all the talent in the group.

Powerful pay per click strategies that really work

You could literally hear a pin drop while he taught us some of the most powerful strategies I’ve ever seen. One of the best parts was when he had his brother in law, Waseem Khan come up to the front to speak. Waseem is very young and going to college. Gauher wanted to prove his methods worked and could be taught. Waseem was at times a reluctant student until he saw his efforts pay off. And pay off they did! In a very short time, Waseem was making some very nice profits.
It was also a great pleasure to meet Gauher’s wife Asna Chaudhry. She spent a great deal of time speaking with my wife Monica and me about many things. We walked away thinking we have met some really great people who truly want to help us get where we want to go in life and in business.

In summary, our first visit to Toronto was great! Meeting new friends and learning focused strategies was awesome. The only regret is that there wasn’t more time to get to know the entire group of attendee’s better. The pay per click seminar was exactly what the doctor ordered at this stage of our business.
